Guaros de Lara waive Cheyne Gadson and sign Torey Thomas to replace him

The Guaros de Lara have decided to relase Cheyne Gadson. The 29-year-old guard refused to play last game against the Marinos de Anzoátegui because he lost his basketball shoes, and the Venezuelan team decides to terminate his contract inmediately. The Guaros have signed Torey Thomas to replace him. The 25-year-old guard has played this season in Holland for Matrixx Magix Nijmegen, averaging 16.5 points and 6.8 assists per game.
