Quimsa, close to sign Cleotis Brown

American player Cleotis Brown will be the new signing of Argentinian team Quimsa. 32-year-old guard will replace Albert White. Brown was recently waived by Libertad de Sunchales, and had offers from other Argentinian and foreign teams. Last season, Brown played in Mexico and in Spain.
