Liaoning waives Brandon Johnson after officially signing Carlos Powell

As expected, Carlos Powell was officially announced as new Liaoning player. Powell arrives to China after starting the season with D-League team Albuquerque Thunderbirds. To make room for Powell, Liaoning waived American guard Brandon Robinson, who is now a free agent.
