Kepez confirmed assistant Aziz Behir as the new head coach, and signs Marcus Hall

After firing Tab Baldwin, Turkish team Kepez Belediyespor has made a couple of important changes. Kepez promoted assistant Aziz Behir as the new head coach to replace Baldwin, and signed American guard Marcus Hall, who was in Apoel Nicosia for a try-out before signing for Turkish squad.
