Panathinaikos wants a subsitute for injured Kostas Tsartsaris: Andre Hutson is the favourite

Current Euroleague champion Panathinaikos wants to replace Kostas Tsartsaris for the Top 16 which is about to start next week. Names like Bostjan Nachbar, Miroslav Raduljica and Kostas Kaimakoglou are on the mix, but the favourite player is Andre Hutson, from Lottomatica Roma.
