Chinese team Guandong signs Cedric Simmons

Another NBA player will compete in the Chinese league. Forward Cedric Simmons, who played last season in Sacramento Kings, has agreed terms with one of the top contenders to the Chinese title, Guandong New Century Leopards. Simmons was a free agent.
