Another new prospect for Zalgiris Kaunas. The Lithuanian team has signed Kaspars Vecvagars to a three-year contract, with an option for two extra years. The 17-year-old Latvian guard, member of the national U18 squad, arrives from BA Turiba, where he averaged 5.9 points and 1.3 assists per game last season in the Latvian D2.
