Orleans has officially announced the signing of Troy Bell. The 29-year-old American guard will play next season for the French team after three years in different Italian teams. Bell, a former NBA player, averaged 14.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game in the last Lega A for Vanoli Cremona.
