The New York Knicks have officially announced the signing of Andy Rautins. The 23-year-old Canadian guard was selected by the Knicks with the 38th overall pick after playing during the last five seasons (did not play during the 2007-08 season due to a knee surggery) for the University of Syracuse, averaging 9.5 points and 3.0 assists per game during his senior year.
