Just three weeks after being
signed by the Giessen 46ers, Walker Russell was released by the German team. The 27-year-old American guard didn't pass the try-out with the 46ers and is now a free agent. Russell landed in Giessen after
finishing last season in Puerto Rico with the Piratas de Quebradillas.
