The Portland Trail Blazers have announced the official signing of Elliot Williams. The 21-year-old guard arrives to the Blazers after being selected with the 22nd overall pick in the last NBA draft. Williams played last season as a sophomore in the University of Memphis, averaging 17.9 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.
