Maccabi Tel Aviv decides to give up on Kyle Weaver

Despite the previous agreement between both parts, Kyle Weaver won't play next season for Maccabi Tel Aviv. The 24-year-old American guard wants to try to earn a spot in an NBA team in a training camp, and the Israeli team has decided not to wait for him. Maccabi will focus now on landing a big man. To reach to a definitive agreement with Sofoklis Schortsanitis is right now the main target for Maccabi.

UPDATE: 10 NBA teams are reported to be interested in Kyle Weaver for the next season.
